非氢氟酸base之玻璃(石英)蚀刻液
专门用来取代氢氟酸的酸性玻璃蚀刻液，为中弱酸性系统中的玻璃蚀刻液。不会攻击与分解干、湿光阻。室温下蚀刻玻璃速率约与15~20%HF相同，对石英玻璃或矽晶圆材质蚀刻时，不会产生晶界腐蚀现象，能得到高度平滑、光亮的蚀刻表面。
